    Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a Personnel Assistant in St. Louis, MO.  The Primary Responsibilities will include:

    • Assists with payroll by collecting timesheets and forwarding them to the payroll department and follows up with any discrepancies, corrections, or adjustments, as needed and assigned
    • Works on various administrative tasks such as filing, writing correspondence, and special projects, as needed and assigned
    • Floats to designated areas as requested by department manager to assist in various tasks
    • Researches topics, as needed and assigned
    • Provides back up coverage at the front desk as needed and assigned

     The position of Personnel Assistant will have the following requirements:

    • High School Diploma or GED certificate
    • At least 1 year of administrative experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent telephone etiquette
    • Strong commitment to customer service
    • Must be able to work independently with little supervision
    • Advanced proficiency in various computer applications, e.g. word processing, excel spreadsheet, e-mail, database management and presentation software (to include spreadsheets, databases, slides, tables, graphs, and organizational charts)
    • Must be able to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage a large workload within tight deadlines
    • Must be procedure and detail oriented, possess excellent follow up skills, and strive for 100% accuracy
    • Familiarity with modern office equipment, e.g. facsimile, copier, FedEx machine, telephones, etc.
